Forsberg out tonight
The Avalanche just announced that Peter Forsberg suffered a groin injury this morning and won't play tonight against the Red Wings in Game 1 of the team's second-round playoff series.
He's listed as day to day, so it isn't known if he'll be able to practice Friday or play Saturday.
Certainly not great news for this team, already an underdog in the series.
