Liles, Foote in the fold
Here's some good news for Avalanche fans:
It looks like John-Michael Liles and Adam Foote will be back for the 2008-09 season and beyond.
TSN reported tonight that the Avalanche has agreed to terms on new contracts for Liles and Foote, would would have been eligible for unrestricted free agency Tuesday.
Liles, according to the report, will receive a four-year deal valued at a little more than $4 million per season. Foote will receive a two-year, $6 million deal.
The Avalanche is expected to announce the signings Monday.
