Svatos injured, hospitalized
Avalanche forward Marek Svatos suffered an abdominal injury in the second period of tonight's game against Calgary and was sent to the hospital for further evaluation.
Svatos was hurt on a hit from one of the Flames.
The extent of the injury isn't known at this time.
