Budaj to start again
Peter Budaj will make his third consecutive start in goal for the Avalanche on Thursday against Dallas.
It's the final game of an eight-game homestand that's been a disaster up to now with only two wins, both against Calgary.
Defenseman Adam Foote (torn triceps) didn't practice again today but is expected to take part in the morning skate Thursday.
Center Paul Stastny (forearm surgery) did some skating and handled the puck a little. He might be able to start practicing next week in non-contact drills.
