Broncos practice report -- Oct. 2
Defensive end John Engelberger, who was held out of Wednesday's practice because of a sore knee, took part, on a limited basis in Thursday's workout.
Wide receiver Darrell Jackson also continued to make progress in his return from a calf injury. Jackson, who had a touchdown on his only catch this season, has not played since the opener in Oakland.
Buccaneers linebacker Derrick Brooks, who has dealt with a sore hamstring of late, has taken part in Tampa's practices on a limited basis this week.
