Rush Limbaugh & Sen. Reid’s letter
Monday, October 29 at 10:22 AM

Brian Stuckey of Denver writes:

Recently, Sen. Harry Reid and 40 other senators lambasted Rush Limbaugh in a letter to CEO, Mark Mays, at Clear Channel Communications for telling the truth about the phony soldier, Jesse MacBeth. Now, according to the New York Times, Sen. Reid is attempting to take the credit for the $2.1 million bid at the eBay auction. The truth of the matter is that Sen. Reid’s “glittering jewel of colossal ignorance” is nothing less than a declaration of contempt for the men and women serving our nation in time of war. If anyone deserves credit for the magnanimous charity, it is Mr. Limbaugh and his generous supporters. Yet, the aforesaid senators will stop at nothing to undermine the troops to advance their own political agenda. The facts speak for themselves.

Another classic from Brian Stuckey. How is it undermining the troops to insist that they have freedom to express their views without being labeled phony soldiers by windbags like Rush?

Republicans never let facts stand in the way of their arguments.

Is rush limbaugh the same radio commentator that said all drug addicts should be behind bars?

Posted by ollie on October 29, 2007 06:32 PM

reid is one of the most corrupted in congress right now.

Posted by Keith on October 29, 2007 06:54 PM

Yea 6:32, he is the same addict that had millions to buy his way out. He served his country at about the same time as Brian Suckey did.

Posted by ollie on October 29, 2007 07:06 PM

Harry Reid has no business being in Washington.

Neither does Bush.

04:01pm poster, you like all the Brian Suckeys and those who like him can only spout the repugnent talking points don't know what you are talking about.. Limpbaugh was talking about all those real soldiers who opppose the war, not the one you seem to want to talk about. Too bad you are to moronic to understand that.

Posted by on October 30, 2007 12:32 AM

Brian and Rush dont have to enlist they support this war 1000% as long as they don't have to fight it, or get taxed for it. God Bless America!!!! And god bless the Republican Party. death to the Infidels!

Another mess from Stickey. Keith (Queef) still sticks up for Stickey. Sounds like a real clusterf^$&*

Rush tells the truth that the liberal,Democrat controlled media will not report.Listen to Rush and judge for yourself.

Posted by An American on October 30, 2007 09:09 AM

An American..I'll start listening to Rush when you start listening to MovveOn.Org, VetVotes.org and Progressive radio. Try listening to Ed Schultz (he is more intelligent than Rush, isnt a drug addict AND he supports the 2nd amendment!)

Let's see why Sen. Harry Reid and the other Democrat Senators lied about what Rush said. Here is what the VP of the NRA has to say about Rush and other talk show hosts."If the White House is taken in the 2008 elections by Hillary Clinton ,or Barack Obama-and if the they hold control of both the US Senate and House-then expect a "massive" federal government effort designed to choke off those pro-Second Amendment voices."This is why the Democrats and their "media sock puppets" are lying about what Rush said.To try and turn the public against talk radio in preparation to take away our freedon of speech.

Im not sure who is more disillutioned, Rush or An American. They both must be on Rush's latest drug of choice. They both are so downright stupid that they are scary.

Posted by WOW on October 30, 2007 10:58 AM

Of course WOW thinks Rush is "scary".The truth is something that scares all Democrats.Remember if there were no lies there would be not Democrat party. To anti-Keith,I guess Ed Schultz does not support the Democrat party because all the leadership get a solid "F" from the NRA.You said he supports the Second Amendment so he must be against the Democrat party. Is this statement true?Let me know !!!

it is funny how all of the lefties on this site attack rush for his substance abuse issue from a prescribed medication from an ear problem he had.
But if any righty ever attacked a lefty for drug abuse they would be called intolerant or judgemental or insensitive.
Hypocrites

Posted by on October 30, 2007 04:06 PM

4:06,
Thousands of Oxycontin over a period of a year is NOT prescribed medication, it's a violation of the law.
And since Rush has many times stated that drug addicts should all be behind bars, THAT makes HIM the "hypocrite".

Case closed, unless you are an idiot dittohead.

An American..you are a mindless cretin, several IQ points behind a garden slug, several ahead of Keith
If you wnat to know what ed schultz stands for, try listening to someone besides Rush Limbaugh, decide for yourself if you are open minded enough to try that...which I doubt you are. Your thought waves ( the few you have) come from the NRA and no place else.

Posted by on October 31, 2007 09:21 AM

The above posting did not answer the question that if Ed Schultz supports the Second Amendment does that mean he is against the Democrat party? All the Democrat leadership get solid "Fs" from the NRA.The reason the Democrats on this page can't answer this question is because they are liars.Schultz may say he supports the Second Amendment but he is a liar just like ALL Democrats !!!!!! The Democrats like Schultz think by lying about the issue they can trick pro-gun Republicans into thinking they are on our side. The truth is they firmly back the most anti-gun politicians in the US Senate and House. The ones that want to ban ALL guns.Just another in the long line of Democrat lies.Remember if there were no lies there would be no Democrat party !!!

Posted by An American on October 31, 2007 09:51 AM

Ed Schultz supports the 2nd Amendment though he may not support the radicalism of the NRA . As for his politics, I dont speak for him, try listening and decide for yourself. Remember if there was no Republican party we would not have an insane president nor would we be in a worthless war. Put down your oxycotin and turn off Rush and try thinking for a few seconds 'An American'.

Posted by on October 31, 2007 03:27 PM

Let's see what the above poster really means. He states that Ed Schultz does not "support the radicalism of the NRA".What he means to say is that Ed Schultz would back every gun law on the books that restrict the right of a citizen to own a firearm.Gun bans, suing gun manufactures out of business, banning concealed carry, letting the total gun ban in DC stand, banning semi-autos that we have owned for 100 years and every other law that "infringes" on the Second Amendment.I bet Mr. Schultz would back very few restrictions on terrorists rights like wiretapping or a little waterboarding to save the lives of our troops.Mr. Schultz would back the rights of terrorists to the max just like all Democrats do but when it comes to the US citizens right of self defense the Democrats back the 22,000 laws restricting your Second Amendment. They will defend the right to privacy of the terrorists but require the US citizen that whats to carry concealed to have their names be put in public records. These "Phoney Americans [Democrats]" want us to believe they respect the Bill of Rights but when you look at what they do you can see it is all about protecting our enemy and taking our freedoms away.To those that want to see what the NRA's "radical agenda" is to protect your Second Amendment call 1-877-NRA-2000.You will find that their agenda is only radical to people that want to destroy your Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Lets see what An American really means: hmmmm " I have one concern and one concern only the 2nd amendment. Give me my guns and I dont care whatever other freedoms you wnat to take away. I am too self centered and ignorant to care about the Bill of rioghts and freedom, all that mnatters is that i have my gun. I would be happy if Adoplh Hitler was our leader ..as long as I have my gun. I could care less about health, medicene, education, as long as I have my gun. I elect my politicians on one issue...the 2nd Amendment...anything else they have to say is meaningless. I am a phoney American who pretends to care bout America but all I care about is my gun.
