‘Tolerant’ Salzman
So Rocky Mountain News media critic Jason Salzman believes that anyone who owns Fox News gear “should” deface it (On the Media, Oct. 13). It seems that the supposedly “tolerant” liberal cannot tolerate people being exposed to any viewpoint other than his own.

If you want to watch the mainstream media go wild contact them and tell them a huge lie aoubt being an iraq vet who hates Bush and Rush and you will make the 6 oclock news and every front page in the nation. The left wing media only puts out stories to lie or smear someone. They also go out of their way to point out anything negative about the war.They also want the left wing media shut down comepletely. No free speech unless it is coming from the left.
The right wing media points out the flaws of the Bush administration and the war without attacking and smearing the Administration and our military.They point out the left wing smear tactics and ask for an honest debate from the left.The left doesn't want a debate they want to shut down all freedom of speech that does not agree with the garbage they are putting out there.
The right wing media has never called for a left wing media outlet to be shut down and has not claimed they are the only ones to have free speech.The right wing want open debate. The left wing do not want a debate because their hate is not a debatable.

O'Reilly is an opinion show - not a news show.
And no Fox does not have better ratings than all of those listed by "Fox is #1 you morons" But they are more watched than CNN , HLN and MSNBC combined.
Unlike Keith Olberman who claims he is a news show but is his opinion show. Why can't he just admit it? What is he afraid of? It wouldn't be bad, opinion shows are good for public debate unless you are masquerading it as news like he does.
