Victim advocates still wrong

I found it amusing when the News reported that the same “victim advocates,” who years ago insisted on implementing the extremely dysfunctional and ridiculous domestic violence criminal system that has destroyed untold numbers of committed relationships and marriages, are now telling us the system doesn’t work. But, just as when the News pointed out these same problems two years ago, no practical solutions/corrections to the problems are being offered by these professional victims who have put our judicial system on a procedural merry-go-round.

This letter has not been edited.

Where were the "victims advocates" when I needed them? Colorado's "N-word Justice System". BLACK ON BLACK CRIME. The ACLU/NAACP "cut and ran" on me. My constitutional and basic humankind rights were violated by Denver Federal Judge Wiley Y. Daniels (black Dixiecrat)). I wrote Daniels a scathing letter where I question his character and allegiance to his sworn oath of office. In the same letter I also bashed Wilma Webb. The issue was Daniels and Wilma (former Denver Director USDOL-OFCCP), violated a host of federal laws when they scuttled the National Black Chamber of Commerce's (NBCC) discrimnation lawsuit against Qwest (CEO Trujillo). Joining Webb and Daniels in the economic hosing of black folks nationally, were the "moot" Congressional Black Caucus-CBC-comical blacks in congress.

Daniels didn't appreciate or respect my "free speech". He retaliated. Daniels ordered 8 white Denver US Marshals (GESTAPO) to illegally arrest and detain me. These k-k-k members inTERRORgated me, without reading me my Miranda Rights, no offer of an attorney, no telephone call, never shwon a federal bench or arrest warrant, etc. If they intended to put the fear of God into me, then it didn't work. I've spent 23 years of my on and under the oceans of the world serving America, and 3 deployments to Vietnam. They need to try again.

Denver Federal Court Chief Judge Ed "'$3K lap dancing enthusiast" Nottingham, is worst than Daniels. Ex-black Denver US Marshal Benny Bailey (26 years service) had sex with a "WHITE WOMAN" (alternate juror in Tim McVeigh's OK City bombing trial). Ashcroft, Bush, and Nottingham (GHWB appointee) asked Bailey under oath about the affair and Bailey lied. They couldn't get Slick Willie, let's do Bailey. Nottingham sentenced Bailey to 6 years in federal prison for his "nookie-gate". The Bailey family lost all of their federal retirement benefits. Hillary and Chelsea were rewarded with an $8 million book deal. If Obam is black ENUFF, he will force Bush to pardon (Scooter pkg.) Bailey, and pay that family full restitution. Daniels, Bush, Snotty-Notty, and Ashcroft, are all draft dodging wankers.

At least Tenant (40 acres) is courteous enough to start all his posts with the same rant so they can be skipped over.

As for victim's advocates, who gets to advocate for the victims they create with shadow accusations and unnecessary intrusions? A friend's sister just had her children removed from the home because one of the kids complained about having to clean her room and complained the rest of the house was a mess. SS investigated and the house was indeed a mess. They had just torn up carpet and were replacing it with tile and were re-doing the furnace before winter. Took her a month to get her kids back. If she had been one who didn't have access to a good lawyer she might still be waiting but he threatened to make it public with names and places. The parents had a video system and had pictures of the police going through the house trying to find drugs or something else to hold against the parents. Don't know what is worse though. The old system where no one listened to any complaints or the new one where they make them up to justify their jobs.

I feel sorry for 40 acres. Man life must really suck for this pathetic man. Getting up each and every day with nothing to do but wallow(?) in his own mud hole. Never trying to move on or do anything about his situation. Blamming all others for mistakes in his life and how life may have short changed him.

I give him credit though. unlike others on this post area he remains consitant to his plight of self pity and whoa is me. the fact he continually tries to bring all the readers and I suppose his nieghbors down into his self imposed gloom and doom life is atestiment to the human spirit. The never ending life force of continueing on, no matter what.

Then again maybe if he would just accept the facts of his own creation he could move on and be a productive member of society.

Shadow - I think 40 Ounces only blogs in the mornings, to work through his hangover before the liquor stores open. Then it a daily ritual of thunderbird, ripple and daytime television, with lapses of thoughts between passing out asleep in his apartment.

C’mon guys give 40mules a break, he served this country, risking his life, let him vent in these posts. Besides some of his rants aren’t that far off the truth.
