Pittman renames company

Good-bye Landmark Properties Group. Hello Pittman Development Group.
Ray Pittman, founder and president of the company formerly known as Landmark Properties Group, has changed the name of his company to Pittman Development Group Inc.
Last year, Pittman sold the 1,800-acre High Point development near Denver International Airport, to LNR Properties.
Previously, Pittman was with Catellus (now part of ProLogis.) While at Catellus, he made a run to buy the former StorageTek campus in Louisville, which, as everyone knows, has since been purchased by ConocoPhillips for $58.5 million.
In addition to Pittman, his team at his namesake company includes Nell Schoeler, vice president; Carol Johnson, operations and administration; and Meric Lallier, research analyst.
This summer, the company plans to roll out a Web site, appropriately called Pittmandevelopment.com.
