Travelin' Man

This was the cartoon in rough form. After showing it to Moose, one of my editors here, he got out the No. 2 pencil and edited the unnecessary words. If there is one thing I need to continue to work on, it's getting the captions to the essence. They make for tighter reads, and Moose and my other editor, Barry, both did a great job getting this caption to read better.

This was the other idea. Somehow the words seemed to drag this one down a little too much, so we went with the quicker read.

I'm really enjoying seeing the "creative process", and your words today about your editor helping you hone the captions. I do write some, I sometimes edit others, I oft use too many words VS too few. I'm still learning! Tom PS 'nuther good toon, tho I have about zero interest in BB.
