Shaq mail

Shaq must have been in his glory after winning yet another NBA title. Not for the ring, mind you. But just to be able to rub it under the nose of Kobe. I toyed with several concepts . . . Pat Riley, Carmelo Anthony being replaced by Dwyane Wade, The NL West race . . . But I thought this one worked best for today.

I'll be out of the paper Friday (I'll share with you next week why), but be sure to check back Saturday for a new soccer cartoon. Yep. Soccer. It just has to be done.

And that is the only reason I had a interest in the NBA finals this year. Perfect toon.

In order to have interest, you have to be interesting.

You will need a day off to think of something good for Saturday. Let me guess Uh... Soccer is boring because there isn't enough scoring and the U.S. lost. Maybee you can read "In The Bleachers" and get some good ideas. After all, the only reason people read your cartoon is because you tick them off by bashing the sports and players they love. Demeaning isn't funny, even if it does make you feel important.

Wow I can't wait for your cartoon about soccer. "It just has to be done." A cynical, xenophobic nerd such as yourself can't possibly be serious about ripping on others, can you?

Nice cartoon. The Heat deserved it and Shaq did a great job. The Lakers can eat their words
