A Cowboys halftime show

OK . . . So it's confession time. I grew up in west Texas and was raised a Dallas Cowboys fan. I lost that allegiance decades ago, but news about the Cowboys still intrigues me. I knew the moment they signed Terrell Owens it would be a disaster (hey, he could have ended up here). The mix between Parcells and Owens is a combustible one at best, and it's only a matter of time before the whole thing explodes.

Terrell Owens is a disaster wherever he goes because he's a 20-something child.

I know it looks like Bill Parcells and Terrell Owens may eventually go at it, but I think it usually goes into the 2nd season when things really heat up. It will take the 1st season to slowly bring this kettle to a slow boil. Next year it will blow the top off. But it will be entertaining at the very least watching both parties attempt to avoid any newsworthy comments this season about how the relationship is going. Maybe we ought to keep a tally how many times this year a denial is given. The present tally so far is 2 from Bill Parcells and 1 from T.O.
