It is about time that free speech got someone in trouble like it did when you were in school. If I swore in school as a kid then I got detention. Imus, Howard Stern and the rest of the "shock-jocks" should be held accountable for the garbage they spew forth. Remember what your mom told you, "If you don;t have anything nice to say, then don;t say anything".
