Drew Litton: Rick Neuheisel goes home

Needless to say I might well be the ONLY person in Colorado who really misses Rick Neuheisel. From the beanie to the tubing to the bad Jimmy Buffett complex, it was all a cartoonists dream come true. As for this drawing, how lucky am I? To get Ricky , Mickey and Goofy all in the same cartoon! It was, indeed, a fun day at the drawing board.

And now a question for all of you. Which one is Ricky?

Rick Neuheisel is lucky to be back being a head coach in College Football.

I blame the fall of Colorado football on his shoulders.

Glad that CU is finally starting to try and be more competitive now.

That is one of your best Little Ricky cartoons and you have lots of good ones with him. I love the book he has!

UCLA will be good for a while. Their QB will reach all-Pac 10 status, and make at least one Rose Bowl, driving USC nuts. But the running game will disappear and recruiting will drop off.

Hope Rick N. has grown up. Age can make a big difference. Everyone has a chance to change , become a better person and a great coach.

Hey Don - I miss Rick Neuheisel too. For all the easy cheap-shots anyone can take at him, his 10-win seasons, sans the disasterous Hessler year, and top 10 rankings were pretty good for CU.

I watched a news item regarding that on television last week. Thanks for putting more meat on the bones
