Drew Litton: The Goose is loose

Goose Gossage has waited long enough to enter the the Hall of Fame. It was time, long past time. It's good to see the voters finally give Goose his due.

This drawing was a lot of fun. I colored it in Photoshop like I always do, and reversed the type on the chalkboard out so it was all white. Not that hard but for someone as technologically challenged as I am, a formidable task indeed.

Excellent cartoon on Goose, who to me was truly one of the best closers of all-time, in that he not only closed out the ninth inning, but he would also work the preceding seventh and eighth innings. He was amazing and intimidating to the hitters.
