Drew Litton: Spring Training Prognosticator

This wraps up my cartoon coverage from Spring Training. Hope you've enjoyed the show. It's been kind of hard to get a feel for things. The Rockies, I think, are experiencing a little post-Series hangover. Their season went so much longer last year that it takes a little steam out of the engine. It might be May before they emerge from that.

A few names to remember... Dexter Fowler is a keeper, but might not be ready to play in the Bigs for at least another season. Ian Stewart looks good and should be ready soon, in fact, possibly causing some over crowding in the infield. Casey Weathers seems to be the real deal on the mound.

So do I really expect the Rocks to win the West? Why not? They have as good a shot as everyone else. Staying injury free is always the key.

That's funny, especially the toon about the baby Padres hits a little too close to the truth, and Court TV will be more fun to watch then the Giants this season.

    Sorry Drew
    1. D'Backs
    2. Rocks
    3. Dodgers
    4. Padres
    5. Giants

Dodgers are overhyped, Padres don't have enough hitting, but the D'Backs have the best pitching and 3rd best lineup in the division

    Hey...John Mathers....

I don't think this is the appropriate place to advertise your stuff. How about actually buying an ad in the Rocky instead of hi-jacking Drew's blog for your own self-profit?

Additionally....there is no such thing as Anti-Aging. We all continue to age. There is no stopping it. We keep growing older, every day. It would be more convincing if manufacturers called these products "Hide Who You Really Are", or "R-U Vain Much?"

Look...you're probably a nice guy, and yeah, you're trying to make a buck or two. But this is not the place to be running your advertisement into our faces. So, I'm plainly asking you to refrain from posting your web address and product information here. We're not interested. I'm quite fine with getting older. Maybe you should find time to get comfortable with the concept.

Great post Tom. There are few thing more annoying than someone always trying to sell you something. Hopefully Mr. Mathers got the message.

By the way, Mr. Mathers - How are the Beaver and Wally?
