Spring Training: The Wild, Wild West

DREW0304.gif

The Rockies' rivalry with the Diamondbacks is starting to remind me of one of my very favorite adventures. So here is a Lone Ranger-inspired cartoon based in the Old West.

Not sure if many of you saw yesterday's posting, but I'm thinking about doing a fantasy baseball league if we get enough interest. Let me know.

Drew - You seem to have some kind of vendetta against Eric Byrnes. Is this just based on his comments from last year in the playoffs? If so, damn, you hold a grudge for a long time.
The guy is the definition of hustle. The Rockies made a HUGE mistake in letting him go. Instead they have a constantly injured Taveras. I'd take Byrnes as my center fielder over taveras any day.
Eric Byrnes gives 1000% more effort every game than just about anyone on the entire Rockies roster.
    Get real.

Hi Drew. This is Martin from the London Broncos, I came in 2nd place in your fantasy football league. I am up for the baseball league if you do it!

If Eric Byrnes was such a star why did every team (not including Arizona) do everything in their power to get rid of him? Oh yea and how did all star Byrnes do in the Playoffs last year? He is the most overrated player in the Game. Sure he hustles, because its necessary to overcome his lack of talent. I think you are the one who needs to "get real"
