Bradley will just have to find a way to diversify and don’t tell me about the Mom and Pops that will be forced out of business. They were forced out of business years ago and if memory serves me correctly Bradley helped with their demise.

Let the mom and pops go out of business, I do not exist to ensure the livelyhood of a business. If they cannot compete, then they are in the wrong business.

Posted by bar Jonah on April 3, 2007 09:09 PMJonah you might consider that costs cannot magically dissappear they only shuffle around. Allowing small business to die reduces competitiveness in the market, reduces quality of life locally and leaves consumers more vulerable to corporate preadatory practices. Value is precisely the point. Why do we value saving a few cents today over better communiites over the long term? This is not an issue for legislation but rather an issue for each person to decide with their purchasing dollars.
