In cahoots with Bush
Mike McGarry (“A declaration of war,” May 21) put it to us straight: “The U.S. Senate’s immigration bill [if finally approved] ... would put an end to America as we know it.”
President Bush and all the congressmen who support the bill are indeed, as McGarry implies, “the real enemies of America.”
Clearly we no longer have a government “of the people, by the people, and for the people,” but one “of the Congress, by the Congress, and for the Congress” — in cahoots, we sadly add, with President George W. Bush.

I do belong to Numbers USA, and I do telephone my Representatives. Luckily I'm in Tancredo's district, so at least there is one out there I can depend on. Allard is questionable, but Senor Salazar is a lost cause. He has shown his true colors (Red, Green and White), and who he truly represents.

Looks to me like BOTH political parties have sold us to the highest bidder. We must secure our borders...but how... when Jorge Bin Lyin sends a large number of our border guards to Iraq to train THEIR border guards? What a mess ! It's up to us folks.

I don't imagine the "end" is going to happen anytime soon, no matter what Congress does. Of course, the scary boo-boo crowd may not survive in the same form if their hatred is diffused by some semblance of meaningful legislation.

'imigration' and ILLIGAL IMMIGRANT.
please consult a dictionary for the meaning of each.
and if you still dont see the difference please show your heart is in the right place and provide your ssn to some of these illigals flooding our country so that they can share the wealth at your expense.
if an illegal uses your ssn, you collect the benefits, not them.
