Why not Tancredo?
Tom Tancredo for president! Why not? He is a good man, a family man from Colorado. His voting record in Congress is good, like a normal man or a woman would and should vote. He is for smaller government, fiscal responsibility and honesty badly needed in Washington, D.C.
Tancredo believes in defending our borders and keeping our sovereignty. He is from the so-called middle class — he knows about jobs, wages and the loss of industry.
He is a trustworthy person, not like the other politically correct candidates who rely on special interests. For whatever reason, the Colorado media are not giving a little boost to Tancredo! Are they really going to help us again have another president like Bush, Clinton, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson, etc.? I hope not.

And why not vote for him? Oh, because he's a one-issue candidate and a good president needs to be alot more flexible than that.
You say he knows about jobs. Really? He's made it abundantly clear that his panties are all in a bunch over dirt-poor immigrants coming to America to pick our fruits and vegetables and work in our restaurants but what has he done to stop the outsourcing of better paying skilled jobs to countries like India? Let me answer that for you...he's done SQUAT.
I wouldn't vote for Tancredo to be garbage collector.

Tancredo exploited the sentiment of loyal, patriotic GOP primary voters in 1998 and iced out 4 other solid, qualified, honorable Republicans in the GOP primary by promising a 3 term limit. As soon as he was elected (after many voted for him FOR THAT REASON) he backpeddled, and then turned his back on those who trusted him. How do we know that he will not abandon the immigration issue once he gets what he wants? What does he want? To promote himself to higher office, like the ppower-desperate professional politician that he is. Tancredo - too bad his character flaw eliminates him from consideration.

And your source for that statistic? The only "study" I've seen used the number of convictions by non-residents (like someone on vacation here legally from Canada) and applied this to crime rates. The problem is, that "study" didn't differentiate between legal and illegal aliens.

He's a loose cannon who doesn't think before he speaks - he has a whole litany of nutty sayings that will be trotted out if he ever gets more than 3 or 4 percent of the vote.
Back in '92 I had a sister living in a small county in Nebraska who loved Perot and everybody she knew loved ol' Ross also. Perot even won their county - but she was distressed and amazed that he only got 18 percent of the vote in the general election. I believe the word "conspiracy" came out of her mouth since EVERYBODY she knew voted for Perot. If you only talk to people who think like you, you get intellectually inbred.
Come talk to us when ol' Tom gets a bit over 3-4%. Right now 96% of hardcore Republicans don't even think he's the best.
He's simply a non-issue.

Tim, Tancredo isn't foolish enough to think he will be elected but, he feels that his run will get the attention of the other so called leaders of this nation to his immigration issues. Tancredo is at the very least trying to do something that American's need badly and that is SOMEONE TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! I admire him greatly for his stand against this invasion.
