Sean C. Daniels hit two young boys in a go-cart. He stated no harm no foul. I know that if he has a valid driver license, you do not drive away even from a minor accident. If he did not think anyone was hurt in this accident, he still should have stop and check if anyone was hurt. If it were his children, would he be upset if someone did the same as he did? The driver is at fault, but so are the parents or whoever allowed that illegal and extremely dangerous activity by little kids. They paid a horrible price, and others who permit their kids to scoot around illegally should take heed.
