New Mexico College
New Mexico College opens it’s door for undocumented people. FREE education and Free books for them..It seem that New Mexico state cannot deny education to undocumented people like in Colorado. I think I will send my daughter to New Mexico for her education. Even though I my daughter and myself both have birth certificates and were born in the U.S.
This letter has not been edited.
There should be some punishment for these states and cities that refuse to abide by the illegal alien laws. We, as citizens should demand it. Our child didn't go to college because her parents couldn't afford it so I understand how you feel.

If you are white, you are at a disadvantage at UNM. Especially if you are a poor middle class white male. Boycott NM or write a letter. I would never consider giving UNM a penny of my money for alumni donations. The U of NM was down right racist against white students and selected white male faculty members.
Sorry to say it but to all of the naysayers who claim racism doesn't exist, just ask UNM Graduate. Maybe you guys (or ladies) should take a trip to UNM so you can experience first hand, the type of discrimination that minority students face everyday at the University of Colorado.

Such a program can only serve to reinforce the actions of those that, as they are illegally entering the US, chose to drag their children along on their dangerous journey.
Finally, what about the American students that must pay out-of-state tuition rates because they are from another state? People that shouldn't be in the country, let alone the state, should not receive any benefit that citizens or legal residents can't/don't receive.
This program serves as yet another reward to those that violate American immigration laws.
This program assures that more American citizens will be pissed off and ELIMIATE the stupid thing. Mark my words, this will not stand.

People, this very thing goes on in our local school systems...who is getting the special ed? the grants? the free brkf/lunches? the waiver of classroom fees?
When will we stand up for our own????? When President Rameriz eventually takes office it will be too late. We must stand up NOW.

Illegals seem to be rewarded for breaking the law time and time again. In this case it's a free ride because your parents broke the law while US born kids can't go because they can't afford it or they are up to their ears in student loans which they will be paying off for years and years to come. The key word here is ILLEGAL. White, brown, black or purple, who cares? If you are here illegally you have broken the law, PERIOD. Rewarding this behaviour is mind blowing to those of us who have plain old common sense and play by the rules!!!
