Tom Tancredo
Re: Rocky Mountain News, Thursday 7/12/07 “Tancredo will offer bill to replace ‘junk’”
As far as Kevin’s desire to “recall Tancredo", I would not put much stock in the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials information. With over 22 million illegals in this country, our so-called officials can’t even retain the ones caught, much less enforce court appearances for those they set free. The last bureaucratic report I read depicting haven cities for illegals, which was published in the Rocky Mountain News, claimed Denver as a “sanctuary city". What’s needed is a 50 fold increase in funding for the ICE to facilitate deportment of the millions of illegals residing and working in this country.
It is time to SEE the elephant in the room, folks! How can American citizens respect the law, when our own federal government (Bush administration) chooses to allow millions to bypass our laws? There are Hispanics who came to our country legally. There are those who waited in line to become citizens. They are not happy with illegal immigrants who bypass the system. American citizens should not have to lose their jobs because they cannot speak Spanish, especially in our school system, just because we have an influx of Hispanics.
It may seem like Tancredo “one-issue” politics, but it is an extremely important issue that needs fixing. Everyone should respect and obey the laws of our land, with NO exception. Tom Tancredo’s proposal is the fix.
He sees the elephant in the room.
This letter has not been edited.
If the US Congerss would only obey the US Constitution we would not have this problem. Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 15, states that: To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
Today the militia is called the National Guard.
And if these illegals are not an invasioin, then John Kennedy is still alive.....
Posted by not here on July 18, 2007 03:06 PMAlso, please note the use of the word "Hispanic".
The usage of this word by those favoring open borders is designed to include generation after generation of US citizens. The debate is not over Hispanics, it is over illegal immigrants. The Orwellian use of language needs to be recognized and ridiculed by those who see it for what it is: a way to hide the true motives of those using it.
Watch out "Not here" and "Kevin", "I have no argument other than race baiting, bleeding heart, pro open border crowd" will start posting/attacking you and the letter wrtier in, 5,4,3,2.......
Oh yeah and they'll set you straight - it is not Illegal Immigrant or Illegal Aliens it is "Undocumented workers" Now -Doesn't that feel more warm and fuzzy?
Tancredo for President!
Tancredo should replace Scooter at a federal prison altar, or better yet, he should only be prez of a prison wives club. Try "OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE" and conspiracy, on for size. I served America for 23 years, on and under the oceans of the world, in 3 nuclear powered submarines, 4 surface combat ships, and 3 deployments to Vietnam.
I am a retired USN officer (Lt. Commander, O-4) and as a condition of getting my monthly retirement check (all military retirees), I must conduct myself at all times in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), just as if I was still on active military duty. I "decided" (rule of law/spirit and intent) that my subordinate, 1st Lt. (O-2) George W. Bush, had violated the UCMJ articles in illegal separation, discharge, and 40 year AWOLee, and deserter.
I filed my criminal charges with Tancredo and Allard (surrender monkeys, communist-siders, and draft-dodgers). Allard and Tancredo placed my lawful criminal charges in their sh--can. This is conspiracy and obstruction of justice, because they are required by federal law to forward my criminal charges against Bush, to the US Congress, US Military Court of Appeals, and to former DoD Secy. Rumsfeld. My charges were/are in compliance with the UCMJ and if the GOP doesn't like it, then they should "strike" military retirees from the UCMJ. Allard and Tancredo, are giving Bush, the "mother of all Mulligans".

I pity the sailors that served under you. What a moron!
If you truly believe you could submit such ridiculous diatribe to Senator Allard and Congressman Tancredo and expect anyone to take you seriously, again you are a moron!
I have read your continual rantings about your lack of benefits, well if you are retired then yours are the same as mine, and mine are pretty good.
Tell me, you didn't really spend 23 years in the Navy and only make LCDR, obviously you weren’t very motivated.
Tom Tancredo for President! The gutless wonders running our country are afraid to enforce the laws on immigration, and Tom seems to be our only hope. Keep working hard Tom, we are with you!
Posted by cas on July 21, 2007 11:33 AMI cannot believe how isolationist the pro-Tancredo postings are! If you believe that Americans will actually take the jobs that "undocumented workers" do here you are very ignorant.
What are you so afraid of, that your children might actually learn a second language from all the "illegals" running around?
If you are so afraid of the rest of the world, stay in your xenophobic bubble!
