A plan for Mexico
Mexico has an abundance of resources: oil, gold, silver, copper, agricultural products and human laborers.
Obligate Mexico to place vouchers, or some other form of currency, totaling a trillion dollars or more, into the World Bank.
This money would pay any country, particularly the United States, for services it provided to illegal immigrants from Mexico.
Such services would include, but would not be limited to, school tuition, medical and health care, and other taxes paid by U.S. citizens.
Mexico can show its humanitarianism and love for its poor by agreeing to do the above, and then the illegal immigration problems would be resolved.

Posted by napiho on August 7, 2007 12:51 AMGreg,
Your Xenophobia is really showing it's colors...are you aware that there are people from other countries (NOT from Mexico) that are here illegally??
Admit it, it's just a 'brown' thing to you.
You fear the brown. It's the only reason why you focus on our neighbors from the south...
You don't like anything different than your own skin color around you.
Anything with a hint of melanin darker than yours is BBAAAADDDDD
Hey! Guess what! There are other illegals here in the U.S. AND THEY LOOK JUST LIKE YOUR NEIGHBORS!!!!!!!!!
Ryan to meet illegal Irish immigrants in New York today
http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/breaking-news/ireland/politics/article2795744.ece
when you say your against the illegals, why don't you just go ahead and say you are against anyone that looks different than your own Highlands Ranch version of America....
You know the ones that cut your lawns, takes care of your kids, clean up after you at restaurants...those that look different than you...
Go Ahead, admit it.
While your at it, why don't you tell everyone why the Republican President hasn't shut down the borders since 9/11....or secured our ports...or stopped any of the "Illegals" (no matter what their color) at the border...if the Republican President actually cared about the security of this nation all of those would have come to a close, after all.....that's what he was re-elected President for right?????
Posted by Michelle on August 7, 2007 12:55 AMMexico isn't going to do anything with their natural resource riches other than fill the coffers of their own corrupt politicians. Silly you...
Posted by on August 7, 2007 12:59 AMits no brown thing.its no republician thing,i happen 2 b both.it really is a crime , resourses thing.really.
Posted by napiho on August 7, 2007 01:32 AMMr. Tate has an interesting idea, but it looks like countries that tacitly encourage illegal immigration (like Mexico) to the US are really trying to avoid dealing with the costs/results of mismanaged economies and national resources.
However, it is time that someone asks what the obligation of the countries that illegals come from is. Surely, they have a duty to their people that goes beyond encouraging them to illegally enter another country.
hey michelle why didnt your buddy bill close the boarders in his eight years?
you are correct there are illigals from other countries here and you never hear from them. they learn our language and do their best to assimulate into our culture. now the beloved illigal mexicans you want to protect dont care about our culture one bit. they want everything free and in their language and they are turning our cities into thrid world trash pits. ever been to mexico city, nice place if you can breath and see past the trash.
Poor Michelle, ranting on and playing the tired old race card. (yawn) I guess she doesn't realize that the percentage of Mexican illegals greatly out-number the criminal illegals from other countries. Hence, the outrage directed toward the Mexicans and the dishonorable country of Mexico.
Posted by A on August 7, 2007 06:54 AMExactly how do you want to obligate Mexico to pay a trillion dollars in vouchers?
Republicans, they are not very good at thinking things through.
Sean...you are truly an idiot.
Posted by on August 7, 2007 09:52 AMSure lets go exploit some other counties resources. Why take care of what we have in our country?
Sounds like a free trader argument to me, I am tired of free trade, I want fair trade.
If we had not gone to Mexico with 2$a bushel corn in 1993 we would probably not be having the immigration experience in our country.
The world bank is the problem why give them more money ?
Earned income is the only answer to our problems, banking is out of control in the U.S.
Farmer: The banking, credit and monetary system in this country is not controlled by the government. The Federal Reserve System is privately owned and milked by the owners. What's good for this country is not what's generally good for the good ole boys at the FRS, set up by FDR ( true globalist). The US citizen is just the cash cow to finance their global investments and goals.
Posted by on August 7, 2007 10:17 AM9:52 A.M. I am an idiot because I dared asked how the letter writer plans on getting Mexico to pay a trillion dollars to the U.S.? Wait I get it, today must be opposite day. Well your intelligent and witty comment was well thought out and meticulously researched.
Posted by Sean on August 7, 2007 10:54 AMTate should just cut to the chase and admit he doesn't like Mexicans, instead of souring the pages of the RMNews with the usual half-truths and falsehoods about what "they" are costing America.
Posted by anderson on August 7, 2007 11:11 AMOooooooh Noooooo! Anderson has returned!! Yikes!!!! Truth, you will not have to "hold the fort down" any longer your hero is baaaaack!
Posted by A on August 7, 2007 11:33 AMGreg,
Yea you're right ...if Mexico..Calderon/Fox
can get in Americas business and dictate
what ever they want in the shamnesty bill and in anything that has to do with immigration..yea..give Cesar.what belongs to Cesar, and I don't mean Chavez either.
They owe America for the atocities and crime their people have done to America.
Greg, there already is a plan for Mexico. Like most Americans, you just haven't heard about it. It is hiding under what is referred to as SPP, or 'Security and Prosperity Partnership' and is also known as 'The North American Union'
On August 20th, President Bush will attend another meeting, this time in Canada, with Canadian Prime Minister Martin and the President of Mexico, Mr. Calderon, to continue to hammer out and hatch this evil plot which, if put into place, will erase our USA borders with Canada and Mexico and combine the three countries in order to create the North American Union, similar to the European Union that the Europeans opposed.
Another part of the plan is to replace the U.S. dollar with a new currency called the Amero, which we will be forced to accept, just like the Europeans were forced to accept the Euro they did not want. Ask any German what happened to the value of their money when this happened. This is all part of the globalists long term plan to create a One World Government, or New World Order that would result in a world Government, Bank, Currency and Army.
Google North American Union to learn more.
Posted by ww on August 7, 2007 02:59 PMAnd don't forget to wear your tinfoil hat when you google North American Union because they can read your thoughts when you read their websites.
Posted by Sean on August 7, 2007 04:44 PMSean......He who laughs first laughs last!!!
ww.... If this is really true all that is going on today in America may be related. It does seem to fit doesn't it??
G. Bush sure fits the picture perfectly doesn't he?? You know treason, calling our constitution a "goddamned piece of paper" secret meetings in Waco with the Mexican Prez, the Canadian Prime minister and then drafting and signing the SPP without the knowledge of Congress or anyone else.
Just little tinfoil hat items like that hmmmm!
Look for the North American Super Highway from Mexico to Canada to be coming soon!
That's part of the deal.
Mexican truckers will be able to drive through the U.S. clear into Canada with only one stopping point that will be in Kansas. Oh boy, unregulated Mexican truckers that will add up to wholesale highway slaughter of American motorists.
Of course this NAU advocates no borders at all just let us all blend in together US ,CAN, MEX, and be told what to do by some foreign government somewhere. That's what has happened in Europe with the EU. The UK will lose her sovereignty. Then, Germany and France can direct all under the EU from Brussels.
Tony Blair and Queen Elizabeth threw the Brits under the bus. They approved of this Globalist society for their country.
Oh well, guess I'll go dust off Seans tinfoil hat and suck my dumb ole thumb.
BTW ....ww... did you see the map of what countries are under the thumb of the EU??
"Wow"
Posted by A on August 7, 2007 05:29 PMNorth American Union? Security , Prosperity, Partnership,? aka, No. American Union?
Dollars to Amer's? One World Government.
New World Order?
This is bible prophecy, the beginning of the great tribulation. 7 years of tribulation before the rapture. This is no joke. Prophecy being fulfilled. Be ready.
Posted by on August 7, 2007 07:23 PM7:23, your comments make it clear that you are like most christians who have never read actually evven read the entire bible.
7:23, what you and other bible thumpers refer to as the 'Rapture', is not even mentioned in the bible. Please let us know what bible you are referring to .
The bible is a piece of literature cobbled together by a bunch of ragamuffins who believed that the earth was flat and to whom a wheel barrow would have been considered advanced technology.
There will be no Rapture 7:23 and the bible does not predict the end of the world either. YOu simply have not read the bible. In the King James version, Jesus (who was actually a SUN god and not a real person refers to the end of the age, or the end of age of Pisces when we monve inot the age of Aquarius as each 'age' is a 2,160 year period. Prophecy is not being fulfilled and that little fish magnet on the back of your car is simply a pagan symbol that represents the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is a fish. The bible is simply an astrology book.
Posted by ww on August 8, 2007 08:57 AMI know the word 'rapture' isn't in the bile. It's caught up in the air. And I expected this.
So..let me know what insight you have .that will happen in 2010, when chaos will break loose. 7:23
Here is the link to the SPP:
Sean, notice that it is a government site, not a hoax made up by xenophobes.
However, the site does have a myths and facts page:
http://www.spp.gov/myths_vs_facts.asp
It sounds good on paper, but what actually happens might be a completely different story. I'm skeptical when it comes to George Bush's handling of our relationship with Mexico.
It's not a skin-color thing with me, so don't even try going there.
