Get rid of Gonzales
The mockery and corruption of our balance of powers, rule of law, Constitution and democracy in seven short years is truly frightening. Although, an organization always reflects its leader and that must be dealt with as well, our Justice Department must be protected with all of the rigor we as a country can muster.
I call on our representatives to do their duty to preserve and protect our Constitution without regard to political cost. Please impeach Alberto Gonzales immediately.

If Alberto goes...so should G.W. go....and as well as Dick himself.
How can someone be so short sighted calling for Ablerto Gonzalez;s empeachment, but forget to call for the empeachment of the fathers of corruption?
Surely, no racial intent meant.
Culling the herd of the GOP felons. Gonzo is child's-play. It would be nice to court martial Bush first, since he is a 40+ years UCMJ AWOLee, deserter, and guilty of illegal separation and discharge. Sentence him to 3 years in federal prison. Then toss his Hitler a$$ to an intenrnational court of law where he can be convicted of war crimes (using chemical weps on unsuspecting Iraqis and Rx drugged troops).
However, it is easier to remove another felon in our midst, and that would be Judge Alito. His UCMJ crimes are alive and posted on the internet in his "bio". Alito joined the US Army ROTC program where he pimped and exploited taxpayers. He got "7" years of "free" college education (JD/undergrad degrees) and he incurred a "11" year active duty military service obligation as a result of these gifts. It is clear from the timelines in his "bio' he never served his time. Felon appoints fellow felon. Alito blew off his military service obligation just like Bush did. Affirmative Action (AA) Alito should serve 3 years in federal prison.
Judge Nottingham is another Bush-Klan appointee that deserves the gallows. "W", former USAG John "Disco" Ashcroft, and Snotty-Notty, lynched and waterboarded black ex-Denver US Marshal Benny Bailey (26 years service). A WHITE WOMAN (alternate juror in Tim McVeigh's OK City bombing trial) gave Bailey some "nookie" and Bailey lied about the affair under oath. The woman's husband ratted Bailey out. These 3 KKK members (surrender monkeys, draft dodgers, defeatist, communist-siders, etc.), violated Bailey's constitutional rights simply by them even asking this question. However, they sentenced Bailey to 6 years in federal prison. The GOP couldn't get Clinton, so they opted to lynch and waterboard the Bailey family for a non-crime. Clinton committed perjury and Chelsea/Hillary were rewarded with an $8 million book deal. The Bailey family lost all of their federal retirement benefits. Where's Obama, Sharpton (Wal-Mart lackey $$$), Jackson, and NAACP on this miscarriage of justice?

And, as the posting from "Tzn" reminds us, THEIR ad hominem attacks are always perfectly correct and proper; since THEY are speaking as the voices of the Party and philosophy of the Great Decider and his disciples, who are NEVER wrong, and NEVER to be criticized or doubted.

Every time I name one of those whom I consider the most prominent of Republican/conservative spokespersons - who has a posting in the RMN today, by the way - the screen goes to the message that the posting has been held by the Blog Owner; and then vanishes totally.
When i attempt to refer obliquely to this individual, I get the same message. And, when I leave the name - or any reference - out, the posting goes through. Wonderful editorial policy, especially since everyone else simply names, and is posted.
This time, however, I got the Blog Owner's message on the first posting above; and when the screen returned to blank, I took for granted that the message had been dropped, as usual. Wonder of wonders! It was actually posted.
The message remains the same, whether or not names be allowed by the Blog Owner. And that's that.

All I am trying to point out is the simple fact that he, together with others, really and truly represent the Republican/conservative positions on all the subjects in the blog. And I am backed up by postings that lament - and cry rain-barrels full of crocodile tears - about how OTHER FOLK'S ("liberals") are trying to "prevent them from posting, and are using bad language", while never noting the nastiness of their own premier spokespersons that is to be found on every blog; the Republican/conservative position being always one of hypocritical self-righteousness when challenged.

I sympathize with the annoyance you're suffering via the unintentional multi postings, and I agree with your call not to censor anybody on the blog.
However, I do take strong exception to you categorizing anybody of either a Republican or conservative bent as being in step and represented by the lockstep mentality of Keith or An American and other similar advocates. Although not a Republican I have a somewhat conservative libertarian approach to things and the aforementioned grouping does not even come close to representing me or my social economic and political thought.
So please, before categorizing everyone not in lockstep with the Democratic Party as being represented by the ignorant radical right expressed in this blog, consider that there are many of us out here that are true independents and will vote according to specific candidates of either party, and on matters of a specific nature. Our personal beliefs and preferences may not coincide with yours, and may in fact be to the "political right" of yours at times; but, we are NOT represented by the extreme wingnuts who dwell in name calling and insults to reinforce their lockstep views.

I'm not advocating attempting to get anyone put off the blog. But, it does seem rather odd that only a few of those posting from the point of support of "conservatism" - to limit the designation a bit - ever express any concern at all with what is said - and repeated, ad infinitum, ad nauseam, in "answer" to postings from "libeals", or "Democrats" - by those who are "on their side", and purport to present arguments in favor of "conservative" positions.
Now, for myself, i can take any one of several options, ignore the matter entirely, respond in kind, or attempt to point out what is becoming increasingly evident, i.e., that those who continuously post with epithet and insult are actually the voices representing the "conservative" position, since no one else of that position rebukes them.
In taking the latter option, I am attempting to get those who prefer reasonable judgment and discussion - leavened at times with irony, perhaps, or even with sarcastic humor; but generally free of senseless epithet - to speak up in favor of it. You have. Well and good. But, why do others remain silent?
No place in this world can anyone expect perfection. But, one can attempt to get a situation less ridden with nothing more than the insane howls of the mob.

I understand your position from your explanation. And, I realize that I have probably added to it unwittingly. I have taken "An American" to task and argued to the point of frustration. After a while I just started ignoring what the fool had to say. In fact, it has gotten to the point that I've just stayed out of blogs where the fools seem to be more belligerent than usual.
As my time permits I'll work conscientiously to offset their absurd arguments with some of a little more logical basis. Perhaps that will encourage others to follow suit rather than remain quiet in face of their oft times repugnant participation.
I'm glad your understand my reservations at being included with those fools. And, I understand also your expectation of rebuttal to their absurdities from people who might come from the same side of the aisle -- or land in between.
