Hurricane Dean and Howard Dean
This letter has not been edited.
This is probably one of the most inane pieces of nonsense I have ever seen on this site (as an original letter,of course - Keith, An American and KW 's comments make even less sense).
Posted by drew on August 23, 2007 02:10 PMdrew, you crack me up...
I know you are a partisan, and I am cool with that. But you can't honestly say that you enjoy Howard Dean, right? In my opinion, I think he is almost as bad as Rove, but time will indeed tell. Although a good poster boy for the more left of center Democrat I would say.
Posted by Dan2 on August 23, 2007 02:28 PMNice to know you're still thinking about me drew.
Just don't let it grow into an obsession.
Posted by KW on August 23, 2007 02:31 PMi always think of you very fondly, KW, but not obsessed yet.
Dan2 - I was talking more of the context of the letter, rather than H. Dean. No context, no segue, just a weird metaphor.
Posted by drew on August 23, 2007 03:01 PMHurricane Dean was a category 5 storm.
Howard Dean if your going to compare him to a hurricane is one drop of rain .
Posted by Can I get an AMEN! on August 23, 2007 03:35 PMAn avalanche of waving white flags, a blizzard of oliive branches, hands held over the heads and serial terrorist ass-kisses will be in full view for the world to see a year from now. The party of Benedict Arnold, bought and paid for by moveon.org and George Soros, will sport yellow Surrendercrat uniforms during their stay in Denver.
Posted by Hank on August 23, 2007 04:33 PMHank,
Wouldn't this be a great country if we could just get rid of all those that dissent and question authority? Imagine the Utopia of everybody thinking the same way, just follow what the great decider decides. After all the great decider often tells us he knows what is best for all Americans and he has been right on all the way!!!!
Posted by Mike D. on August 23, 2007 04:49 PMHoward Dean should be the least of you cons worry. You need to worry about finding the right republican that can fix the damage that your boy Bush has done so the GOP might be able to win another election. I know one thing who ever it is he or she has their hands full.
Posted by larrymc on August 23, 2007 04:58 PMSo the letter writer thought of a funny comparison. We all slip up and do this kind of stuff.
I like Dean, most of the Democrats are pretty likable but the Republican candidates are not too bad, just deluded.
Posted by Sharon B. on August 24, 2007 06:49 AMHoward Dean is like Snow White, Mother Teresa and Ghandi all rolled into one ...when compared to the thugs and corrupt yokels in the White House the last 6+ years
Posted by FreshAir on August 24, 2007 06:53 AMGeebus hank how could you possibly have missed DailyKos in your catalog of calumny? After all, none other than that spokeshead for the righteously right wingnuts blowhardbillowlielly has declared his intention to destroy the thing. You better not let billo hear you're falling down on the job.
Posted by patrick on August 24, 2007 09:24 AMThe surest way to corrupt the youth is to have them place in higher esteem those that think alike.
Posted by Holy Reality on August 24, 2007 09:26 AMfresh air,go use the restroom, you stink!
Posted by Keith on August 25, 2007 10:40 AMI can take a little verbal abuse from "Screaming" Howard Dean when compared to the country abuse from the pack of fools in the White House.
To Hank: If you're gonna' blab ablout surrendercrats an such...blah, blah, blah...then at least be fair in your presumptions and include the ever growing list of Republicans (John Warner is the latest) who also feel that the occupation in Iraq needs a new course, who your spew your diatribe. Face it sonny, the country is abandoning your favorite Chimp in Chief and your party and you've got no more ammo left to use except retarded little phrases you've borrowed from gasbags like Bill O'Lielly and Rush "Ass Cyst Deferment" Limbaugh.
Posted by Beavis on August 25, 2007 05:13 PMHey butthead,It"s some dems. that are coming around.Even the anti-american liberal n.y.times are reporting the truth for once.
Posted by Keith on August 26, 2007 06:03 PMKeith, uno, Hank and the rest...Gonzalez leaves today, Rummy and Rove have already abandoned that sinking ship known as the SS George Busgh..when will you rats join them?
