Judge’s troubles NOYB
I’m absolutely incensed with the Rocky Mountain News for trying to squeeze out the last ounce of publicity about Judge Edward Nottingham.
Has the Rocky no sense of decency? Here is a man who has given his level best to adjudicate the crucial Joe Nacchio case while at the same time dealing with immense personal issues. In my opinion, this falls under NOYB (none of your business).
Nottingham deserves the highest praise for his dedication to his job performed under difficult circumstances. The Rocky doesn’t know a hero from a coward. How any one of us chooses to unwind after a lengthy period of stress should not be reported as “news.”

Judge Snotty-Notty should be jailed with Nacchio. This bigot, John "Disco" Ashcroft, and Bush (draft-dodgers, defeatist, communist-siders, and surrender monekys), lynched ex-black Denver US Marshal Benny Bailey (26 years service). Bailey lied under oath about his consenual sexual affair with a "WHITE WOMAN" (alternate juror in Tim McVeigh's OK City bombing trial). The woman's husband ratted Bailey out. Notty, Disco, and Bush, violated Bailey's privacy and civil rights by even asking him this question. No legal ground.
These 3-Amigos (KKK) donned their white cowboy hats, mounted their steeds, and rode to the woman's rescue. They sentenced Bailey to "6" years in federal prison for perjury (nookie-gate). The Bailey family lost all of their federal retirement benefits. Clinton pulled the same trick and Chelsea and Hillary were rewarde with an $8 million book deal. They GOP couldn't get Clinton, so they lynched and water-boarded the Bailey family.
USSC Judge Alito should jailed with Snotty Notty, Disco, and Bush. Alito like Bush, is also a UCMJ-felon (AWOLee, deserter, and guilty of illegal separation and discharge). Alito joined the US Army ROTC program and pimped and exploited taxpayers for "7" years free college education (JD and under graduate degrees). Alito incurred an active duty obligation of "11" years as a result of these gifts. Based on his online "bio", Alito never completed his service and it appears he is using the "ruse" of him being a federal law clerk to escape. Bailey should have been so lucky. Is Obama black ENUFF? I doubt if he is man or black ENUFF. Obama, CBC, and NAACP, should hold a protest march at the White House and force Bush to pardon Bailey, just like he did for SCOOTER. Where is the racist and useless ACLU when you need'em?

What really is striking is when a latino judge does something criminal like theft,we hear that the press and D.A.'s office is being racist.
Where are the organizations that supported Manzanares now?

Would the media and others be so quick to chastise the judge if it was found he was gay and frequented a gay club ?

No man is above the law but, I have an idea that those in power are not men or women because they get a break that all of us do not get, not withstanding illegal aliens and the the damned legislators who we elected to represent our best interests but who are more interested in their getting elected again.
It's going to take awhile to get this mess corrected but I hope I live long enough to see it. If I don't I promise you this, I'll find a way to haunt you liars and deceivers into insanity, where you belong.
