It’s a given that Colorado Republican Sen. Wayne Allard will unquestioningly follow President Bush’s dictates when it comes to undermining the Constitution, but one would expect that Democratic Sen. Ken Salazar would be a freedom fighter for civil liberties.
After all, he’s a lawyer, right?
Wrong. Once again, in his desire to be “one of the boys,” Salazar has turned his back on the Constitution with his support for amending the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to allow warrantless surveillance that could easily be used by Bush against U.S. citizens.
It’s time that the Colorado Democratic Party begin looking for Salazar’s replacement.

I'll support whoever runs against Salazar. He's proven to be even worse than Allard because he ran and won under the false pretense that he is progressive.

He's a corporate puppet and a shallow thinker with little regard for the Constitution.

At least Allard is honest, even if he's wrong on almost every issue...

To late Charles B.

Salazar already has the illegal alien vote and you know there are millions of em.

Salazar will make sure they are legalized when his re-election comes up or he wll direct La Raza or other pro-illegal groups to pull some sort of legal wrangling to get these people registered!

I think they have already pulled that trick off with all of the stolen identities that illegals posses.

People are already VERY unhappy with Salazar. His return to Washington will hedge upon the vote. He NEEDS the illegals!

I will vote against him that's for sure!!!
