Pres. Bush’s address
Return on Accountability
This letter has not been edited.
George W. Bush has a serious mental problem that comes from trying to win his father's love. He never was the favorite he desired so desperately as a child and he struggles today to please his dad. You don't matter. The people of this country don't. It's just little George trying to prove he can do something right. He'll never change. And he'll never succeed.

Try upping the purple pill dosage you neurotic puke. Or better yet, follow through with the voices in your head pleading for final peace.
Thanks,we'd all appreciate it.
3:33,
i believe the one with the voices ih his head is GW, isn't he the one who talks to a higher power and that higher power guided him to do what he has done. I'll bet you think GW's on the right track huh? Well just watch what company's he ends up as a CEO or consultant to when his term is up you ignorant puke!!!
Posted by Karl Cheney on September 22, 2007 04:41 PMBTW it's "return on success". Once again this administration has cherry picked, manipulated, marginalized, and distorted the "facks" on the ground to kick the can down the road. The 30% base will follow the president no matter what, and drag the rest of the country down with it.
WMD's remember that is why we invaded, not democracy, not permanent presance, not oil, not to kill 'em over there so they don't kill us over here.
And taking credit for withdrawing the 30,000 troops, just shows how dumb this administration thinks we are. Unless their deployment is extended, again, they HAVE TO come home.
k2ken-
The Iraq war was initiated after an elected congress reviewed all 24 resolution violations, and voted to proceed .
WMD's were only part of it.
It is also interesting to note the short memories Libs have, and that the common consensus among Republicans AND Democrats was that Saddam had wmd's and must be disarmed.
REMEMBER?

Or here is an even better accounting , complete with video, of todays most vociferous anti-war Dems, demanding immediate action - back in the prewar days.

Posted by on September 22, 2007 06:12 PMPresident Bush's address should be the federal "pen" at Ft. Leavenworth, KS for 3 years. When he is finished serving this sentence, Bush, Rice, Powell, Lott, Cheney, Hastert, and Blair, should turned over to an international court of law for war crimes prosecution (WMD lies, use of chemical weps against Iraqis, and exterminating Arabs in general).

Posted by Babysitter on September 22, 2007 08:05 PMHere's a quick way to win the war in Iraq: round up all the liberals in this country and parachute them into to Iraq. After about three months of liberal whining, complaining, and nagging about everything including sand quality, camel-lover's marital rights, affirmative action for Kurds, freedom of expression rights for suicide bombers, and blaming leaders for sandstorms, the bad guys will beg us to take the liberals back. Sorry, no refunds...

Shouldn't you be over playing with your little Gathering of Bedwetters friends? I'm sure they're still going on about what brave patriots they are for taunting, provoking and attacking a Gold Star father.
Posted by Not J2 on September 22, 2007 08:32 PMBecause Democrats are cowards they do not understand Bush. All Democrats understand is fear.Bush has great courage compared to all Democrats.

How precious! If you are going to attempt a technical insult, at least get the damned thing right!
The “purple pill” trademark Nexium (esomeprazole magnesium) is for reflux and heartburn. Not what one would choose for neurosis.
On the other hand, maybe your doctor should switch you from Thorazine to Clorazil, I know you Conservatives like to hold onto tradition, but with a newer medication maybe you wouldn’t drool into the keyboard quite as much.
JohnII, you seem rather dyspeptic, perhaps you should try that purple pill ;)
Wouldn’t you say that the best way to win the war is either not to have one, or if you have to have one, to actually have one? I mean, isn’t this “armed conflict” thing just stupid? Either fight or don’t fight, nothing in between, and don’t stir things up unless one is prepared for what might come out of the nest.
Other than ya'll banging heads and all, Is there anyone out there who is able to admit that Bush is maybe not the second coming of Christ. Can anyone get off the name calling, juvenile, schoolyard babble long enough to objectively explain why it is necessary to spend hundreds of billions of dollars and the lives of to many service men and women, to install democracy in a country which has not one clue what it is and would be totally awash in a sea of sour grapes trying to make it work in a society that has been ruled by Islamic religious law for thousands of years?
We in the west are thought of as arrogant, know better than anyone else how people should live there lives, fools. Force can conquer a country but never can it conquer the social and religious beliefs of the population nor should it if that country is to survive. You can't force people to change overnight, so to speak nor should any country assume to do so.
The bedrock beliefs of any society can only be changed by the people that make up the population of that society. Any other way is doomed to failure and that is how it should be, because any other way is artifice that ignores the will of the people. And that, is something we should pay attention to in our own country as well.
There is too much involvement of big business special interests in making up the legitimate business of this country that ignores the best interests of We The People. In the next election it would be wise to set aside political philosophy differences to accomplish the greater good of getting our own country back to true representative government that is the foundation of this republic. In other words, kick the bums out of office and elect grass root people to office who's first consideration is the wellbeing of the people they represent. That is the only way a successful foreign and domestic policy can be had,
The power of the people that pay the bills for everything done by politicians must remain the ruling force in a republic else it cannot exist as such. Let's knock of the crap, forget the party lines, and take back this country before it becomes impossible to do so.
Posted by Allen Campbell on September 23, 2007 09:41 AMAs usual, Allen Campbell makes so many logical points, unlike most on this blog. He may be wrong on one point, though. It is probably too late to take this country back. I fear that corporate socialism has already replaced We the People, just as planned.

Posted by Stan Broyles on September 23, 2007 09:58 AMI believe all should have a chance to read Alan Greenspan's (a republican) new book and read what he has to say about your beloved Bush. Not only about the war but how he has handled domestic issues. But I suppose Alan to will be labeled as an america hater and for the terroists. You Bush lovers need to come out from under his coat tails for a minute and see what his own party members are saying. And quit blaming everyone else for the mess he has gotten us in.
Posted by larry on September 23, 2007 10:03 AMJohn II has an interesting idea about sending liberals to Iraq to end the war. It might actually work. And then conservatives like J2 who think war is wonderful as long as they can keep a safe distance from it will congratulate themselves and puff themselves up with pride over how "we"--meaning they--won it. But at least the war will be over.
Posted by Hans Christian Brando on September 23, 2007 10:11 AMDemocrats are new terrorist. From the top down starting with Clinton who pardoned them on his last day, right down to the bottomfeeder footsoilders of the party of Dem terrorists like the leftwingers in this post. Democrats wants the rest of us dead, and they’ll stop at nothing. They’ll use the media to smear anyone who dares to protect the lives of Americans, calling for impeachment of those who succeed, and label anyone racist who think that blowing up planes full of Americans is a bad idea. The far left have overtaken the Dem party and tuned it into an anti-American organization full of hate.
Posted by Uno on September 23, 2007 10:15 AMBut I notice Uno that, as usual, the word "hate" does not show up until some rabidly righteous wingnut intellectually bereft of the capacity to understand any disagreement with your lord and master has to interject it to bring the conversation to a level they understand. I'm of the opinion that this early and easy resort to such tactics indicates a long and intimate familiarity with that emotion that far surpasses anything your political rivals could muster despite your belief in that as the gospel preached by rush limpball, shun spinsannity, blowhardbillowlielly, the savage weiner and the rest of the list of your mythology masters.
Posted by davis X. Machina on September 23, 2007 10:58 AMUno:
Your diatribe is the only thing that I see here that smacks of hate and ignorance. You, understand only how to smear democrates with the resposibility of everything wrong with this country while ignoring the reponsibility of all people, including republicans, to come to grips with what is truely wrong with this country.
And that is the devision of the population in this country into two jabbering parties which are too involved in nonsensical argument while the country is driven toward tyranny by control freaks such as you believe in.
Posted by Allen Campbell on September 23, 2007 11:29 AMDavis, you are part of the terrorist leftwing organization working on leaving this country defenseless and leading to more Americans dead, whenever or not you do that on purpose is immaterial. That you attack somebody who points that fact out is an indication that you do that on purpose. And that is hateful by you, no matter how you try to explain it away. And that you refuse to learn for history, even recent ones, is an indication of either just plain ignorance, or something deeper. That you call somebody who wants to keep this country terror free “rabidly righteous wingnut” is more proof of your goal, and since you didn’t specify it, I’ll assume that it is to destroy this country.
Posted by Uno on September 23, 2007 11:29 AM"Rerturn on Success". The Moron in Chief doesn't get it. Different slogan, same strategy.
Posted by A True American on September 23, 2007 11:31 AMAnyone who believes Uno is a valid representative of the mentality of repulicans is delusional. He is only interested in splitting this country apart at the seems. He is the type of person who is incapable of reason and obviously is the type of person that will destroy this country in the name of false patriotism.
Posted by Allen Campbell on September 23, 2007 11:37 AMAllen, I am incapable of reason when it comes to terrorism. You go ahead and try to be reasonable with animals, just do it at your own expense, with your own life.
“Your diatribe is the only thing that I see here that smacks of hate and ignorance.”, and “obviously is the type of person that will destroy this country in the name of false patriotism.” – nice try Allen, so when did you join up with al Quaida? Your pathetic attempt at reverse psychology is laughable. Go hug your terrorist today, I’m sure they welcome guys like you it their group with open arms.
Call me a cherry picker, but there is some progress in Iraq. Even the liberal news media is running out of horror stories of bombs and massive killings on a daily basis.
I look at the report as the glass being half full.People can't possibly think that a government can be put together and govern in harmony with all the different factions and parties. Our government can't even run efficiently and we have had a government for over 200 years!
Our factions can't get along and govern our own country. How are we supposed to get a government running in Irag after 4 years?
Here is the scenerio that the people who have such a hatred for Bush and our country do not want to see.
The government in Iraq gets a somewhat government together bringing together all the factions together Sunni's( Democrats) and Shiite's ( Republicans )to at least get along and start to rule the country in a somewhat government. That fight and try to get their own interests in front of what is best for the country. The Congress and Senate can be perfect examples for them to follow.
The Iraqi's get a worthwhile army and security force together to protect themselves against Iran and Al Qeada.
They start rebuilding Iraq and infrastucture with their vast resources of oil.
They no longer need 1,000's of U.S. troops and most come home and a small force is left to help continue their progress.
When this happens and it will what are all the anti-war,anti-troops and anti-American people in this country going to bitch about then?
Was it right that we went into Iraq? Probably not and that can br debated for enternity. Was it a magnet for Al Qaeda and Iranian insurgents? Yes ,but they want us dead no matter where we are, being in Iraq cut down on their travel costs. Are we ever going to wipe out the people who want to kill us all until we convert to Islam, No, this is going to go on for eternity.
Are we ever going to have a government free of corruption and bickering as the Iraqi's it seems to be are trying to model their government after ours, good luck with that.
We have a total innefficient government in the U.S. why are the American people so quick to judge what the Iraqi government is doing or not doing? Our own government is in shambles.
If Iraqi accomplishes the things they need to do to get their armed forces, police, and government running the country on at least 3 out of 6 cylinders then we can pull out,and they will have exactly what the U.S. has a innefficient government running on 3 out of 6 cylinders.
I believe in positive thinking and I think since there has been postive things in Iraqi finally, the naysayers who hate Bush so much that they are willing to hope our troops fail need to sit down ,shut up and support this country so we can get out of there. The terrorists love the Americans that are fighting against the war and any progress.
The ones that are fighting against the war and their hatred of Bush are fighting with the terrorists. What a bunch of traitors.

With that kind of simplistic and childish nonsense, do you actually expect anybody to take you seriously?
Maybe it makes you feel good that you “stuck it to those stupid Liberals”, but you are fooling yourself if you think you are making any sense.
I expect that I know more about “terrorism” and armed conflict than you do since I have actually been trained in both the politics and practice of guerilla warfare and counter-insurgency. I am happy to educate your ignorant ass, but first you have to get off this infantile “liberals are traitors” rant.
It’s childish and petulant, and betrays how ignorant and easily frightened you are.
Get a spine and actually try to understand the world around you, rather than hiding under your bed and consoling yourself with little part-line mantras.
Chimp splooge running down Uno's chin and Amen licking it up like a champ. Some old...
Posted by on September 23, 2007 11:31 PMAllen Campbell writes to "Uno" "the country is driven toward tyranny by control freaks such as you believe in".Well here is one for Allen. It is the Democrats that are trying to take away the right to own firearms. It is the Republicans that are trying to defend our right to own firearms. What is the first thing tyrants do before oppressing the people?THEY TAKE THEIR GUNS AWAY!!!!! Governments that do not have ill intent toward their citizens allow them to be armed.Allen will not answer the question but make statements like this"that is all gun nuts think about".That is because he can't answer the question because it does not fit the way he "feels".
Posted by An American on September 24, 2007 11:09 AMAllen Campell uses the words"control freaks" when it comes to Republicans.Has he ever heard of "gun CONTROL" pushed by the Democrat party. It is strange how Democrats see only what they want to see and disregard the rest. That sounds like a song title!!
