Who will inherit the war?
How many people have to die until President Bush can pass the failed war onto the next President, How Many? How many of or young people will be wounded until President Bush can pass the failed war onto the next President. How Many? How many civilians must die until this is passed on to the next President. President Bush dosen’t want history to show that he started a war that we shouldn’t have. Who will have the political courage to step up and stop this guy, certainly not the Republicans. Come on Democrats stop this guy in his tracks.
This letter has not been edited.
I sense more than just a little panic here. The DNC is soaking wet with its own perspiration.
So you want Bush to surrender to terrorism so that Hillary or Obama will have a free pass at the pursuit of their socialist programs without being distracted by defending American security? Don't hold your breath pal, it ain't gonna' happen. It wouldn't shock me to see Bush bomb Iran if a Surrendercrat steals the White House.
Our troops have been scattered all over the planet since Harry Truman. Iraq won't be any different, you'll be lunching with St. Peter long before our troops are home from Iraq. As long as Iran underwrites terrorism and threatens the stability of the entire middle east, nobody comes home.

How many more moronic letters by progressives calling for defeat and surrender will the RMN print?
DEMS ARE TRAITORS
Posted by on September 22, 2007 03:41 PMHow many, How many, It just nuts listening to these guys. Take a wild guess and shut-up. I'm sorry I just don't remember all these Whacko liberals screaming like this during Billy Boys term. RWANDA - 1 million in 100 days. And not a peep!
Posted by FW on September 22, 2007 04:37 PM~1120 American troops will die before American policy -might- change.
(16 months x 70 U.S. deaths/month (avg) = 1120
Posted by on September 22, 2007 04:56 PMHank,
Hank is right we are never leaving iraq, Not with the bases and embassies being built. We have a strategic hold on the oil reserves there and we won't give it up no matter the cost either financial or in American lives. And as for the other letters I find it interesting the so called fiscal conservatives care not about the expense of this mission nor about the billions missing. Not spent or ear marked but missing completely. Yep these bleading heart surrendercrats need to step out of the way so we can just stay the course without any questions or opposition. Traitors indeed, when we invade other countries and people object they should be labeled traitors. Then these traitors should wear some kind of symbol so we can spot them, then they should be rounded up and sent to camps. Then those of us true patriots can go about our mission without question or oppostion!!!
Posted by Karl Cheney on September 22, 2007 04:59 PMRemember during the build up to this war and those who pointed out that invading Iraq would turn into a disaster, which it did, and were labeled "traitors".
Now those who do not want to see this country loose its superpower status because of this disastrous war are once again labeled "traitors".
This is not 2003, your label of "traitor" rings pretty hollow when it is directed at the same people who said this war would be a disaster.
Hank, why do you speak in absollutes? Withdrawing, not precipitously, does not mean "giving into terrorism". Where are the WMD's? That's right they got moved to Syria.
FW, the Rwandan tradedy happened so fast Clinton couldn't react fast enough, and he did apoligize for not reacting faster. That is why we went into the Balkins when that unfolded. What about Darfur? We are unable to help because our troops are stuck in Iraq.
As for our troops being spread around the globe, most are "trip wires" against aggression more than policing a civil war.
Annon, "DEMS ARE TRATIORS"? I am a regestered IND. Am I a traitor because I protested this invasion, and want our troops out?
k2ken,
Yes.
It is sad but expected you would have to ask.
DEMS ARE TRAITORS
k2ken: "....What about Darfur? We are unable to help..."
You want to move our troops from one civil war to another? What makes YOUR civil war more just than Iraq's?
American blood spilled in Africa is preferable to American blood spilled in Iraq....interesting.....
Posted by on September 22, 2007 06:26 PMHank is living proof that Iraq has morphed into Iran in the republics minds.
Read his post and substitute Iraq instead of Iran in the last line.
Bush doesn`t even need a new slogan, just recycle the same old one.

Why do you hate America?
Is it because it has men in its population?
Why do you hate men?

Posted by on September 22, 2007 07:35 PMDEMS ARE TRAITORS,
Why don't you idenify yourself? Are you a coward? Sorry, A repeticious question. I still love Stephen Cobert's opening question to liberal guests, "Why do you hate America?"
Posted by Stan Broyles on September 22, 2007 07:57 PMStan: Answer the question you quoted: "Why do you hate America?"
Posted by Babysitter on September 22, 2007 08:12 PMHi Sharon B.
Isn't it just ever so cute that little DAT is so scared of you? He's going to make a fine Republican when he grows up.
Posted by DAT has a WIDE stance on September 22, 2007 09:21 PMWow, the moonbats are out in force. They must be getting desperate after the Petraeus/Crocker report to congress and the democratic retreat.
Here's a fun little question to go along with Mr. Martinez's list: How many democratic Presidential candidates do we have to go through before we find one that has the courage to stand up to people trying to kill Americans? So far, I haven't seen one.

Nearly full moon tonight. Lots of wierd posters sliding down from the attic to the pc`s.
Posted by Sharon B. on September 23, 2007 12:21 AMSo, will Democrats inherit this war? HMMMM they have been so effective since taking office. The only thing the Democrats will be good at is apparently turning the United States into another France, or Latin America.
Posted by Ben on September 23, 2007 07:28 AMThere has not been a true Democrat with leadership abilitiy since Truman. The leftist who claim to be moderats and main stream ask who will inherit the war. The answer is every American. When we cut and run it WILL follow our troops home. It is here already. Muslim arrested with ak47 in oark, bomb periphinallia siezed in cars with muslim passangers. Islamist goes on shooting spree in seattle killing 7 Jews.
So who will inherit the war. Not just conservaties but leftists as well.
Posted by on September 23, 2007 09:30 AMGot news for you cons. Bush already surrendered to the terroist. He did that when he went to Iraq to fight in stead of gettin Bin Laden.
Posted by larry on September 23, 2007 10:11 AMAt least Stephen Colbert's "Why do you hate America?" is satirical. It's been Sean Hannity's opening line for years.
Posted by Hans Christian Brando on September 23, 2007 10:14 AMBabysitter,
I love America, but disagreeing with the failed policies of our leaders is not what I would call hating America. Indeed I beleive it is my patriotic duty to point out the abuses of power and the subsequent undermining of our rights as citizens of this great country. The party isn't the country, and swearing allegiance to your party before swearing allegiance to America is a grave error and could put us in danger of losing the liberties we all should share. I remain vigilant.
