Nice try, Mr. Page, but no one with an IQ over 50, has any excuse to be “ignorant” about common social issues. For the erudite Mr. O’Reilly, ignorance is no excuse.

Well, I don't know - Bush is sure ignorant about common social issues - but then i don't know if his IQ is over 50.

The restaurant was owned and run by a black people. He was commenting on how great the Italian food was. He said it is the best he's ever had and gave a shout out for the restaurant.
He was making a cultural comment on how well run and how the food was superb.
Not what white America sees.His point was there are many black owned businesses and many black peole who suceed in life without the Hip- Hop images ,because that is all we see.
Al Sharton heard the comment on his radio show and said ,he was pointing out that not all blacks are stereotypes of waiting for their welfare check and living the hip- hop culture.
The people who owned and operated the restaurant are hard working people who have great food and service. I think more people will eat there. He was pointing out a jewel in the sand.
Maybe some people on this blog need to pull their heads out of the sand.

All of this regular crowd hasn't the intellectual integrity to do the work. They just like hearing themselve piss and moan. There are plenty of legitimate sources for real scientific information, actual documentation on international affairs, and the real voting records of Representatives and Senators. There is also the actual history of societies which can be studied and learned from. Never mind that, this crowd would rather be led like sheep to the slaughter by 20 second sound bytes. Never mind that it is possible to catch politicians in lies by verifying their statements. Nope they know what they want to believe and by god (or godess) they are going to look for someone to tell them it is true and then point to that statement as evidence. And this might be why our society is doomed. It has ,after all, happened before in a similar way, but they do not know this.

But I'd venture to say that half the people that fuss about Bill O'reilly haven't even watched his show, and have formed their opinions based on little snippets that have been passed on by the media, instead of listening to his points as a WHOLE.

You have to remember that the left follows the methods that Karl Marx set . Distraction, half truths and lie, lie and lie until the masses start to even question what they know to be true. From Roe v.s. Wade, the homosexual agenda, the misguided benevolence of welfare and on and on have been based on lies if you examine the history and tactics they used to accomplish things that Americans 40 years ago would have been appalled by.
