Leroy,you've inadvertently come across a little noted aspect of how fast modern society moves.Here it's only been a few days since Miriam and Angel were all over the media (would they be called Mangle? Y'know,kinda like Brangelina?),but people are already asking:"Where are they now?"

I knew SOMEBODY was going to focus on the minor grammatical mistakes in the letter, rather than the content. I wasn't at all surprised to see that person chose to post anonymously, either. I also can't help but guess to which political party he is affiliated. They say the stupidest things. And, can't stay focused.
Mr. Martinez, I, too, was disgusted when I saw the news that they were released and she was still by his side. There is no justice, sometimes. If there is, she will get hers, soon.

Tell me some more about what you assume are my political beleifs after you read this.
The prosecutor could have charged them with filing a false report or illegal disposal of a dead body, and gotten them held on bail. Why not?

Sheila, my guess is that he is a Republican. What do you think?
Here are some charges that should have brought to keep them in jail.
1. For Montoya, not registering as a sex offender.
2. Suspicion of murder.
3. For the mother,conspiracy to cover up a murder.
4.Desicration of a body.
5.Filing a false police report.
6.Suspicion of murder
Their was many charges that could have been filed to keep them in jail.The D. A. should be fired or removed from her position immediately.
The mother confessed to at least coming home to find Neveah dead. She confessed to at least helping Montoya stuffing the girl into trash bags and the into a suitcase.
It has been 2 weeks now and not one word from the D. A. about this case.
Did the D. A. 's office screww something up?
Or is it what I suspect ,they are using Neveah to get more tax money for a newer lab and facilities? That story was in the news 2 days before the Neveah case.
The coroner hasn't even come out with a finding yet. His office is another on who wants new facilities.
Something stinks here and it's not just neveah's dead body.
