Stopping radical politicians
Monday, October 8 at 9:49 AM

Mr. Rev Ronald G Cosseboom of Arvada writes:

It’s time for the good and the righteous of this world to step up and tell out leaders, Enough is Enough! We need to take back control of our lives and our governments! We need to STOP these INSANE RADICAL POLITICIANS everywhere in the world NOW!
Religious has NO PLACE in Government, and as God is my Witness, there is NO PLACE IN RELIGION FOR GOVERNMENT! The Radical Religious Leaders need to rethink their beliefs for as sure as the sun rises every morning, they are WRONG! And when the time comes, God will address each of their discretions, dishonoring, and distractions from what is TRUE and GOOD in this Holiest of creations, LIFE!

Rev. Cosseboom is verifying the debate the Founding Fathers had over this issue over 220 years ago. Some people don't get it after all this time because they want everyone else to believe what they believe.

I have no doubt that every new example will succeed, as every past one has done, in showing that religion and Government will both exist in greater purity, the less they are mixed together.

Stan B,

People will continue to want others to believe as they do. That's one of the reasons opinion blogs exist.

As it happens, Mr. Rev Ronald G Cosseboom is agreeing with Madison.

watch out obama is out preaching he can create ' a kingdom on earth'. now all the loyal dums will have to get rid of him as an extremest on the religious left or right.

J.J. you're 100% right. (Did I say something that would cause you to believe that I didn't agree with the Rev. Cosseboom?) I agree entirely and the Rev. deserves positive acknowledgement for his statement of what should be obvious. Government (but not blogs) should stear away from religion and vice versa.

"Whip those slaves"!....Georege Washington.

sorry to break this to you all, but nothing is ever going to change in our political and religious forums.

why?

because the number moronic imbeciles far exceed the number of smart Americans these days and drink the sand that anyone pours for them.

Rick, Why can't you and all the other commentators realize that people two hundred years ago did not think as people do now. Everything was different then, every thing! If George Washington said that, I wish you would put it in the contex of the whole statement. Cherry picking is a despicable and deceptive trick used by hack writers to slander people.

I applaud Rev. Cosseboom for having the courage to tell it as it is. The reason religion and politics don't mix is because they have nothing in common, not that either is wrong. Politics deals with the material things that have to do with the everyday life in the societies men create, religion has to do with the spiritual things that have to do with the moral beliefs within those societies.

Governments must be clear about the singular political system they incorporate into the law of the land otherwise people will have no idea what they can or cannot do, of course these things go through an evolutionary change over time to include advances in thinking and discoveries.

Religion, on the other hand, is made up of many diverse and even opposed beliefs that, if they were involved in government, would cause the chaos here that we see in so many religious diverse countries in the world and, the stripping away of every consitutional right this country stands for as a result of that chaos.

Our Founding Fathers had sense enough to get "god" out of government.

We can only hope that we Americans today have sense enough to KEEP "god" OUT of government.

Stan B.

The founding fathers called it Freedom of Religion and nowhere in the in the Constitution does it say Seperation of Church and State. Thomas Jefferson refered to that statement in a letter but it had nothing to do with what the ACLU twisted his words around to mean something entirely different.

When Jefferson became President he had Bibles handed out to the schools and other necessary reading materials. He held sunday services in most of the goverment buildings of his time. So what does that do to the lie the ACLU has passed of since the late 1940's.
You are either ignorant of these facts or choose to disregard them and are parroting the lies of the ACLU.

As far as radical politicians that goes hand and hand with the left. Left wing politicians Hillary and Obama the socialist. Kerry the hippie wannabe calling our troops then baby killers(His Patry are the true "Baby Killers") and the rest. and their followers. You know flag burners, sodomites that spit and throw condoms during church services and other
so- called peaceful protesters that must break the law to try to get their point across.

Like Russell Means and those Indian wannabes this past weekend. Seems like all the Marxists and Bolsheviks and anarchists are in the Democrats and Liberals.
Stan, when are you going to start throwing molotov coatails?

I believe the Repukicans have a monopoly on the sodomites ( Foley, Craig) and a good share of adulterers (Gingrich, vitters)... plenty of pedophles in their ranks too.

Posted by Vitter on October 10, 2007 07:11 AM

Wasnt that Ann Coulter who was seen fellating a dead dog recently? A typical republican trashy whore. She should be a hit at the GOP Convention in Minneapolis ( I assume in the airport restroom).

Posted by Disgusted on October 10, 2007 07:16 AM

Vitter

Disgusted is a disgusting liberal from your ranks. He's probably a "Sodomite" that is jealous of Ann's looks and ability to attract "Real men.
People like Craig are rebuked by the majority in the Republican party and your pal Slick Willie gave adultery an whole new meaning. Just saying you're a Rebublican or a Conservative doesn't necessarily make it so.

It's the Dumbocrats that welcome all the perverts like your other pal Barney Frank with open arms. Sen. Craig would fit in just fine with your party.
