Emergency care in rural Colorado

Colorado's rural emergency services will get more money under a bill that the Senate Transportation Committee passed Thursday.
SB 2, by Sen. John Morse, D-Colorado Springs, increases a motor-vehicle registration fee earmarked for emergency services from $1 to $2.
