Those Republicans, they're psychic!

Democrats are jokingly referring to Republicans' rebuttal of Gov. Bill Ritter's state of the state speech as a "prebuttal." That's because it was taped before the Democratic governor delivered his address at 11 this morning.

The two Republican caucus chairs -- Sen. Mike Kopp of Littleton and Rep. Amy Stephens of Monument -- taped their response on Wednesday and then posted it on YouTube.

Republicans tried to downplay the faux pas, insisting the response was more about the session and not about the speech.

The only problem?

The video starts out saying "Republican response to Gov. Bill Ritter's state of the state speech."
