Bravo TV's Top Chef finalist Hosea Rosenberg will be on hand for a meet-and-greet and episode-watching party, beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the West End Tavern, 926 Pearl St., Boulder. Elway's executive chef Tyler Wiard, who was engaged in an ankle mangle Thursday night when he fell on some outside steps at a friend's house, was supposed to have had surgery to mend the limb on Friday. When he got to the doc, however, it was determined that the ankle was too swollen. I talked to Tyler Monday afternoon before his scheduled surgery at 4 that day.
