Chargers to honor Osse
* The Chatfield Slam Dunk Club will honor former Chargers boys basketball coach Gary Osse at its home game against rival Columbine tonight. After 13 seasons at Wheat Ridge, Osse started the boys program at Chatfield when the school opened in 1985 and retired in 2000. Under Osse, the Chargers won the 1992 Class 6A state title and finished runner-up in 5A in 1996.
During his overall tenure, Osse won 14 Jefferson County League titles. Kudos to coach Osse, who in addition to being a great coach, was one of the nicest gentlemen we ever had the pleasure of covering in the high school game.
* Just in time for its showdown with three-time defending state champion Friday against Highlands Ranch, the Regis Jesuit girls basketball team is ranked No. 17 nationally by USA Today.
* Check out the video of this Alabama boys basketball player hitting an 82-footer to win the game:

Aw, this was a genuinely quality post. In theory I'd like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make an excellent post... but what can I say... I procrastinate alot and never seem to get some thing performed.
