Here's a look at Fontius with new windows

The historic building known for housing the old Fontius shoe store for years on the 16th Street Mall, is getting a facelift from developer Evan Makovsky.
On Tuesday, he received an imporant approval for new, energy efficient windows on the north and east side of the building at the 16th Street Mall and Welton Street.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, a nice computer-generate rendering must be worth at least that, so I'll stop and give you a peak of what it is going to look like with new windows.
The rending is courtesy of the Denver architectural firm, klipp.
