Edie Marks does it again

Maybe they should call it the Edie Marks award.
Marks, of the Kentwood Co., was named the top producer by volume by the Denver Board of Realtors today. It's the 12th consecutive year she has won the award and has won it every year since the board began handing them out.
Last year, she sold $46 million in homes.
But as a sign of the times, that is 26 percent down from the $62.2 million she sold in 2006 and is down 69.7 percent from her personal record of $78.1 million in 2005.
Setting a team record last year were Linda Behr Tre Behr, who sold $119 million in homes. The mother and son team are brokers with Fuller Towne & Country Properties, DTC.

Top Team Sides Completed - Rob and Robbie McClure, Metro Brokers, McClure and Associates, 241 sides completed.
Top Project Producer for Volume and Sides - John Burns, The Kentwood Co., $54 million in production and 60 sides completed
Top Office Volume:
1-5 Agents - Metro Brokers, McClure & Associates,
$40.5 million.
6-10 Agents - Edge Real Estate, $38 million.
11- 30 Agents - Fuller Towne & Country Properties, LoDo Office,
$156 million.
31-50 Agents - The Kentwood Co., $658 million.
50+ Agents - RE/MAX Southeast, Inc., $466.5 million.
Support Person of the Year - Nicky Pendleton, The Kentwood Co. at Cherry Creek - honored for her service to the company, community and the profession
Rookie of the Year - Sue Monroe, RE/MAX Southeast, Inc. - honored for her dedication, success, commitment to ongoing education and generous role in the community
Broker/Manager of the Year - Verne V. Harris, Public Realty Company - honored for his consistently high levels of production, commitment to his profession and his role serving youth and sports in the community
"The Realtor Roundtable of Excellence Awards is our opportunity to recognize the professional achievements of individual REALTORS and companies and to highlight their contributions to the quality of life in our community," Denver Board of REALTORS® president, Melody Rivera, said in a statement.
"Realtors are critical to the economic health of our community and make above average charitable and volunteer contributions to so many organizations."
