New Town Builders plans affordable units at Stapleton
Stapleton has unveiled its latest affordable for-sale homes for income-qualified families.
New Town Builders has completed the first building in the 68-unit 29th Drive Row Homes and residents will begin to move in at the end of the month.
"The response to the 29th Drive Row Homes has been very positive," Denise Gammon, senior vice president of residential development of Forest City Stapleton, said in a statement.
"We sold 24 homes in six months," Gammon said. "This is a great example of why Stapleton continues to be one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the country, even in a slower economy. Homebuyers are attracted to the diversity of housing available, as well as the schools, parks and open space, and retail. "
To qualify to purchase a 29th Drive Row Home, residents or families must earn between $40,200 and $62,050 annually.
Prices range from the low $100,000s to the upper $100,000s and include:
• The Ivy - One-bedroom loft with 1.5 baths, 807 square feet and a single car attached garage, priced at approximately $115,000.
• The Birch - Two-bedroom home with 1.5 baths, 1,137 square feet and a single car attached garage, priced at approximately $136,000.
• The Dahlia - Three-bedroom home with 2.5 baths, 1,463 square feet with a two-car attached garage, priced at approximately $171,000.
