If you're a first-time home seller and want to be on TV, call this number now

My First Sale, a new HGTV show, is looking for first-time home sellers in the Denver area.
The show, which will be produced by locally based High Noon Entertainment, needs "fun, high-energy people" who are just starting the process of selling their first place.
The idea is to capture all the trials and tribulations, stress and success of prepping for sale, pricing, negotiating, and ultimately selling a home for the first time.
Taping will begin in this month and in November.
Karen Weiser, a producer at High Noon, came up with the concept and pitched it HGTV.
It is the flip side of My First Place which is produced by Weiser for HGTV. My First Place follows first time home buyers as they struggle to find the perfect home and find financing in an increasingly tight credit market.
My First Place is the most watched show on HGTV at the moment.
Weiser's idea for was to show how people struggle with selling their first place - Everything from their emotional attachment to the home to setting a fair price.
The idea of the show is to demonstrate how sellers are dealing with the realities of the market, during this time of an unprecedented credit crisis. Imagine being forced to lower the price of the home and all the friction that can cause in a relationship. Does the husband wants to drop the price quickly and the wife wants to hold out?
Ideal candidates will be motivated, financially open people who want to share the experience and the purchase details. Singles, couples and families are all invited to apply.
Candidates who are chosen for the show will also receive an incentive check from HGTV.
In addition, if selected, you will receive a DVD copy of the episode.
Request an application by emailing: cbriley@highnoonentertainment.com or by calling Clif Briley at 303-712-3194
