Rockies healing; June 16
SS Troy Tulowitzki was given a positive medical evaluation Monday and will head to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday to continue his rehab. The plan is for him to be activated on Friday, barring an unexpected problem. Tulowitzki played five games for Hi-A Modesto without any physical complications.
2B Clint Barmes is head to the Springs on a rehab, too, but this will be the first stop for Barmes, and so he most likely won't be activated until the Rockies open their three-game series in Kansas City next Monday.
CF Gregor Blanco and LF Brandon Jones are two new faces in the Braves lineup that the Rockies haven't faced before. They were called up to fill holes created by injuries to CF Mark Kotsay and LF Matt Diaz. They are both in the Braves lineup on Monday.
