A big thank-you to the U.S. national team coach, who called five Rapids players into camp in advance of next week's World Cup qualifier against Guatemala at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.
Bob Bradley invited midfielders Pablo Mastroeni, Colin Clark and Nick LaBrocca, forward Conor Casey and defender Cory Gibbs.
With the Nats already having advanced to the next phase of CONCACAF qualifying, little is on the line in this game other than having a good crowd. What better way to sell tickets than to treat the home fans.
