Tancredo's new amigo?
If Rep. Tom Tancredo does drop out of the presidential contest, as most people expect, we wonder if he'll really endorse any of the people he just lampooned two weeks ago.
When he boycotted a Spanish-language debate on Univision, he released THIS VIDEO SPOOF that linked his rivals to various ethnic stereotypes.
Among other things, it portrayed Rep. Ron Paul, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Sen. Fred Thompson and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee attending "presidential cockfights."
The video portrayed Thompson and Sen. John McCain of Arizona in "lucha libre" wrestling poses, showed McCain, Giuliani and Huckabee in sombreros as the three amigos, showed former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and others smiling in front of a Mexican flag, etc.
If he does endorse any of the above (as opposed to his immigration reform ally and fellow longshot, Rep. Duncan Hunter), it will be interesting to hear what has changed since his campaign circulated that video.

Just a guess, but following his friend, Rep. Steve King, IA, he will probably endorse Fred Thompson. A good politician should be able to talk himself out of the video mess. It should be fun!
