Negative Reinforcement

Stei090213B.gif

I kept wondering why, no matter how much money got put back into the banking system, the credit markets won't unfreeze. Then it hit me. Every time these guys refuse to lend money, the government ponies up more billions. If it were me, I'd keep playing that game until the Treasury was empty, which apparently is exactly what the bankers are doing. There's a reason why they're rich and we aren't.

Well the main reason that they are rich is:

They are receiving interest - and the borrowers are paying it. It's not exactly a secret.

Just another great cartoon! This one hurts a little. With banks getting more money and us the tax payer getting only $400.00 over time. What is wrong with this picture? Yes the banks rule the USA, not We the People! If everyone in the USA got a check for around the amount of $7,000 which was close to the numbers that we gave the banks, I think it would have help the economy. With $7,000 people could have paid their house payment, car payments, credit card payments, plus other items that other companies make! If you want to stimulate the economy, give the people the money to spend and stop giving to the banks to waste! The banks get the money and buy out other banks for a cheaper price. It is probably a loan that you have with them(the bank that is going under), but some other bank just bought your loan with your tax dollars for a cheap price. Go figure. Now they raise your rates, so now you are giving banks more money to pay off the money they just got from the tax payer. I dont believe in this and till more people step up, the banks will have a free ride on your tax dollars and your hard earn income! The stock market goes up and down, but not every company is traded on the stock market. When all you see is the bad in the news, we will never recover. People are afraid, and will only save. The people need to spend their money, but first they have to make it or get a stimulus check worth spending!

The rich get richer - the deregulation of the Bush and the GOP is coming back to haunt us. If the GOP doesn't want the money - than the states they represent, should not take the money. While they are at it don't take any medicare, medicaid and social security -just socialist programs and they and their constituents do not need it, at least that is what they keep saying.

I think that it is all too easy for Christians to place a higher emphasis than needed on archaeological discoveries. Certainly, I am excited when we find tangible evidence that supports the truth of the Bible. But these discoveries do not change my faith. I know that Gods word is true, so discoveries in the natural realm should not surprise me. Also, my faith in God is not dependent on what man can discover or find, so a lack of tangible evidence does not cause my faith to waver. Unfortunately, many people become so caught up in proving what needs to be a matter of faith that they miss the point.

It's my opinion that a foreclosed can have a significant effect on the debtor's life. Mortgage foreclosures can have a 6 to decade negative influence on a borrower's credit report. A new borrower who has applied for a home loan or virtually any loans for instance, knows that the actual worse credit rating can be, the more tricky it is to obtain a decent loan. In addition, it could affect the borrower's power to find a reasonable place to let or hire, if that gets to be the alternative houses solution. Interesting blog post.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

The most effective way to burn fat is by taking it slowly but surely and following some basic guidelines which can make it easier to make the most through your attempt to shed pounds. You may realize and already be following many of these tips, although reinforcing information never hurts.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
